How can I submit support or billing questions?

Before submitting a question, please refer to the FAQ page as your question may already be answered there. 

If you still can't find an answer, you're welcome to write to eventform-support@gleeda.net. If you have a billing question, and you purchased a plan for a particular event, please include the link to your event's Google Form (ends in "/edit") in your email.

Note that support via email is available to paid subscribers only.  While we cannot offer a guarantee of support to users of our FREE plan, we will try to answer questions when possible.
